What locations are available for use during my event?
The barn, the apartment for the bridal party, the pergola, the pond, and the field.

Do you have an area for the bride/bridesmaids and groom/groomsmen to get ready?
We have an apartment above the garage for the bride/bridesmaids to use to get ready the day of. There is a room in the barn for the groom/groomsmen to use.

Do you provide transportation from parking to the barn?
We provide golf cart transportation beginning 2 hours before the event and during the event. Golf cart transportation ends at 10:30.

Is their air/heat in the barn?
No, the barn does not have air or heat. We do have large fans that can be used.

What times/days does the rental include?
1 hour the day before for rehearsal.
On the day of the event: You may begin coming on the property at 10:00am to start getting ready and decorate for the event. The event must end by 10:00pm and you will be allowed an hour for cleanup.

How much does rental cost?
The package for rental starts at $3,000.

How many people will the venue accommodate?
The Barn at Creek can accommodate 120 guests.

What are the major items included in the rental?
Please view our amenities list to see what is included.

Do you offer additional items for rental?
Yes, please check with us on the additional items we offer for rental.

Where is parking?
The area for parking is in the grass field and the gravel area.

Can we leave a car on the property overnight?
Yes, we do allow guests to leave their car parked overnight. We just ask that the cars are picked up by 10:00 am the next morning.

Are you handicapped accessible?
We strive to be as accommodating as possible. Do not hesitate to ask us about special situations and circumstances.

Do you have restrooms in the barn?
Yes, we have a men’s and women’s restroom in the barn.

What should my vendors know about your venue?
All vendors must be insured and be able to show proof of insurance.

Do you allow alcohol?
We only allow beer and wine. If you will have a bartender or caterer serving the beer and wine, then they must have a license. Last call for beer and wine will be one hour before the event ends.

Do you have a preferred list of vendors?
Yes, we do have a preferred list of vendors for caterers. Please reach out to us and we can provide that information. Food service are to be provided by a licensed and insured caterer.

Will any of The Barn at Cedar Creek staff be at the venue on the day of my event?
Yes, we will be on the premises to troubleshoot any issues with the venue and provide security for guests. We will be out of the way but close if needed.

How do I pay for my booking?
We accept payment in the forms of cash or check.

What is the deposit to hold the date?
The save the date deposit is $500.

Do you have a military discount?
Yes, we are proud to provide a 10% discount for the bride and groom. Please provide proof of status when booking.

Do you allow smoking?
Smoking is only allowed in the ONE designated area.

Are you pet friendly?
Only service animals unless special circumstances were approved.

Do you have other events besides weddings?
Yes, we can host birthday parties, anniversary parties, bridal shower, corporate events, etc. Please contact us for pricing and information.

Do you have a permit to perform weddings on your property?
Yes, we do have a permit for weddings to be performed on the property. We have our permit as well as a fire inspection permit from the fire marshall located in the barn.
